Skep candle

This cute little candle is in the shape of a skep – the old style straw woven beehives that were popular in the UK before the first world war.

This little beauty is just over 4 cm in diameter and in height and is made from approximately 35g of beeswax (the bees would have consumed about 210g of honey in order to make this much wax!)
